The Space Physics Group at the Department of
Physics and Technology, University of Bergen, Norway
can offer interesting and challenging
programs for Master and PhD students.
The programs comprise classical physics, plasma physics,
data analysis and programming, as well as designing and
building instruments and electronics for extreme environments.
International collaboration is a natural part of
our activity.
The size of our group makes for a very nurturing environment: we know our
students well! They receive mentorship but also learn to work
collaboratively with each other. Many of our Masters students remain with
us to complete their PhDs.
